Jill Fink, shoe size 7.5

Executive Director

As Executive Director of the Philadelphia Chapter, Jill is responsible for overall chapter operations, including fundraising, event planning, and sponsorships. Prior to joining Back on My Feet, Jill worked in non-profit advocacy and management, higher education, and owned a local café committed to sustainability. She is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to social justice and community engagement… just like everyone else at Back on My Feet.

“Running has played an important role in helping me to face personal challenges and meet ambitious goals. I’m thrilled to be part of an organization that gives our members the strength and courage to do the same. It’s a gift to come to work every day and surround myself with individuals who are values-focused, mission-driven and passionate about creating social change.”

She aspires to be bilingual, enjoys Scrabble, and can be found running in the Wissahickon with her dog, Josie.

Jill holds a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies from Rutgers University.

Evan Cantiello, shoe size 11

Program Director

Evan joined Back on My Feet in 2011 after working in one of Philadelphia's youth homeless shelters for a number of years. After working as the Member Services Manager for almost a year, he has now moved to the Program Director position for the Philadelphia Chapter. He particularly loves the job as it allows him to get to know each of the program's teams, all of which he runs with regularly.

When Evan is not running, you can find him riding through Philly on his bike or up in a tree.

"When you run to push your body to the limit there is a universal experience to be had. When you are sweating and ready to keel over you see who you are. If you don’t like what you see then you can decide to change.”

Evan graduated from Eastern University, and has made Philadelphia his home ever since. He is well versed in Philadelphia's resources, so please contact him with any questions.

Caitlin Chin, shoe size 6

Program Coordinator

Caitlin joined Back on My Feet in March 2011 as a non-residential member for team Ready, Willing and Able. She then interned under the Member Services Manager and the Program Coordinator until she became the Program Coordinator in January 2012. Caitlin focuses on the running side of the program and is responsible for residential and non-residential recruitment and retention. She spends a portion of her time inside our partner facilities and handles member gear and incentives.

“Back on My Feet has flourished to become so much more of a prominent part of my life than I could have ever imagined. Whether it’s greeting a teammate with a hug while still half asleep before sunrise, cheering each other on across the finish line, or witnessing each other achieve a life goal, the organization is truly the epitome of what it preaches – a community that comes together around the common interest of running and bettering lives, while also providing a support system and family for all those involved.”

Caitlin is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Health and Societies at the University of Pennsylvania and has been accepted into the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters of Social Work program.
