TEAM LEADERS: Shannon Patterson & Elizabeth Devlin

Shannon has been a Back on my Feet Team Ridge/Somerset volunteer since August 2010 and has been living in Philadelphia for almost 2 years. She works in Finance at a nearby University and recently inherited a turtle. Shannon is making it her goal to keep him alive during her team leader term so that he can possibly become the mascot of Team Somerset. Being a part of Team Somerset has fulfilled her desire to serve in the community and make life-long friends. Shannon is thrilled to take on a leadership role with her buddy Liz and continue giving the experiences that BoMF has provided to our new and existing members!
Elizabeth has been volunteering with Back on My Feet Philadelphia, Team Ridge/Somerset since November of 2010! She’s from the city of brotherly love, and is currently employed at an adoption agency in the area. Liz is also starting graduate school in the spring for her Master’s in Education at Holy Family University. She feels so honored to have met all of the great people involved with this organization and is looking forward to being a joint team leader with her partner, Shannon!
FEATURED CHAPTER MEMBER OF THE MONTH FOR June 2011: Randolph
When you first see Randolph, you notice his smile–that is, until he’s already down the street and you just see the back of him. Since joining Back on My Feet in October, Randolph’s been go, go, go, and if you don’t pay attention when he’s running, you might miss him.
