We're hiring a Manager of FundRacing

POSITION DESCRIPTION

TITLE: FundRacing Manager

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Special Events & Corporate Communications

SUMMARY: The Back on My Feet FundRacing Manager has the following job description and responsibilities that centers around BOMF’s FundRacing Program, race logistics and communication with FundRacers. Please note that additional responsibilities will arise. FundRacing: (verb) running an upcoming race on behalf of BOMF to raise money FundRacing Race Logistics:

  • Logistical coordination of registering FundRacers for BOMF:
    • Guaranteed Entry Races:
      • Registering FundRacers through active.com to join BOMF team
        • Create registration and corresponding campaign on Active Giving
      • Coordinate with the race contact on registering BOMF FundRacers for the race
    • Individual FundRacing
      • Tracking individual FundRacers
      • Fulfilling FundRacer benefits
      • Point of contact for all FundRacers questions
    • Corporate FundRacing
      • Creating team registration for Corporate FundRacing teams
      • Point of contact for corporate contacts and team members

The FundRacer Experience

  • Weekly communication with FundRacers
  • Pre-Race Dinner coordination
  • Coordinate Expo, Race Day Tent, Volunteers with city Program Director

Promotion:

  • Work with staff in respective cities to promote FundRacing to members
  • Communicate the details of each race to Director of Media and Social Marketing
